I love potatoes, and I have a new mission of being a vegetarian. Trying to think of the best option, I looked through my refrigerator and cupboards for dinner.
I found potatoes and Fantastic Food's Vegan Chili Mix.
First - Make Lazy Tatas (potatoes)
Layer potato slices, butter, garlic salt
Keep layering
Add grated cheese on top
Cover with saran wrap, put in microwave for 5 minutes (or until brown on top)
Second - Make Vegan Chili Mix
(Follow instructions on the box)
Third - Layer finished potatoes, chili and grated cheese
Fourth - Eat
