Raspberry Turnovers

I love little shops that are hidden in small towns and have the greatest treasures. That's what it was like when Jordan's mother showed me Lantz's Bulk Foods. They have sprinkles for every occasion or any color, filling in almost any flavor, snacks, baking spices, and to top it off, they have a restaurant that serves some of the best food. If you are ever in Upstate New York and need a place to visit, and love to bake I suggest this place.

I bought this great raspberry filling from Lantz's BF and now I want to make turnovers every day because the taste is so amazing. I am sure if you get raspberry filling from a store near you, then you would be able to follow these VERY easy instructions.

Three Ingredients Needed: Egg White, Puff Pastry Sheets (Find in the frozen section), and Raspberry Filling (you can choose any flavor

Start with Puff Pastry Sheet, cut into 4 equal squares. You can cut these smaller if you would like smaller turnovers, but I find that this size is perfect for an after dinner snack.

On the four squares, in the middle, drop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of filling.
Fold one corner over the the opposite corner, as if you wanted to make a triangle.
Use the egg white and press the two outside edges with a fork.
Spread just a little of the egg white on top of the turnovers.
Cook for 20 minutes in an oven at 350.

Then here is your lovely turnover
